These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Shuffle's website, mobile application, and related services. "Shuffle", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating shuffle-baji.com. "You" or "member" refers to any individual registered on or using Shuffle's services.

Shuffle is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform licensed by Curacao eGaming. By using our services, you confirm that you are voluntarily and knowingly participating on this platform.

To open an account with Shuffle, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these conditions are not met, Shuffle reserves the right to close the account at any time.

Registration Eligibility

• One account: Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Account Verification (KYC)

Shuffle complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. You will therefore be required to verify your identity before making withdrawals above a certain amount, or whenever Shuffle requests it.

Password & Security

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Shuffle does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Your first withdrawal may be held until your account has been verified.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering conditions have been met.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: For most bonuses, the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after it has been wagered a specified number of times. For the welcome bonus, this is typically 30×.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Category: Certain bonuses may only be used in specific game categories — for example, a cricket bonus may be restricted to cricket betting only.
• Maximum Win: Some bonuses may have a maximum withdrawable amount cap.

Welcome Bonus Special Terms

The following rules apply to all bets placed on shuffle and are mandatory for all members. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

Bet Acceptance Rules

• A bet is considered accepted only once you receive a confirmation message from the shuffle system.
• Shuffle reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits may vary by market and are displayed on each match page.

Bet Cancellation & Review Conditions

• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the stake will be refunded.
• If fewer than 90 minutes (for football) or fewer than the scheduled overs are played after a match has started, a decision will be made in accordance with Shuffle's rules.
• If a match is cancelled due to a natural disaster or unforeseen event, bets will be settled at shuffle's discretion.
• If an official change is made to a match result, Shuffle will re-settle the bet based on that updated result.

Match Manipulation & Fraud

If shuffle detects any bet associated with match-fixing or manipulation, it reserves the right to void that bet and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any member found involved in such activity will have their account permanently closed.

Shuffle believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We care about every member's mental and financial well-being, which is why Shuffle offers multiple responsible gaming tools.

Available Protection Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you wager within a given period.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Time Out: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself permanently or for a set period of time.

How to Submit a Complaint

2. Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that the matter be escalated to a Senior Manager. A response will be provided within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, you may seek mediation from Shuffle's licensing authority, Curacao eGaming.

For disputes regarding bet settlement, complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Shuffle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the platform during this period will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request account closure.
